Product Care and Safety Tips
It is recommended during the initial and subsequent burns of your candle to burn long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of wax, which can take a few hours. Allowing the candle to liquefy from edge-to-edge will keep the opening wide and prevent tunneling.
It is recommended to trim candle wicks to 1/4" before each use. This will help prevent soot and extend the life of the candle.
SafetyTips
- Remove all packaging before lighting.
- Place on a heat resistant surface.
- Keep candles away from curtains or anything that could burn. Keep in mind that curtains or other objects can move, never burn a candle where there is a draft.
- Do not drop matches or other flammable items into the candle.
- Always keep candles in sight when in use and keep away from children and pets.
- Never move a burning candle. Allow the wax to cool and solidify before moving the candle.

L’or de Seraphine does not offer shipping to PO Boxes.
Orders shipping to addresses in Ohio are subject to Ohio state sales tax, however if sales tax laws changed we will update our policy and collect sales tax on any applicable sales.
Most orders process within 1 - 3 business days and ship the following business day. During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays), processing times may increase. UPS transit estimates are based on business days and not inclusive of weekends and holidays. All orders, with the exception of UPS Next Day – Saturday Delivery, will ship Monday – Friday only.
