Ingredients
1 plum
½ oz Cointreau orange liquer
½ cup fresh lime juice, plus lime slices
¾ cup tequila
¼ to ½ jalapeno pepper, plus extra slices
Ingredients

½ oz Cointreau orange liquer
½ cup fresh lime juice, plus lime slices
¾ cup tequila
¼ to ½ jalapeno pepper, plus extra slices
Pour the tequila into a mixing glass or small pitcher. Add the sliced jalapeño, ¼ to ½ of it, depending on how spicy you like it. Set aside at room temperature at 15 minutes (the longer you let the jalapeños infuse, the spicier it will be).
Mix together the jalapeño-infused tequila, Cointreau orange liqueur, and lime juice.
Place a pitted plum in the bottom of the cocktail shaker. Muddle well, until plum is broken down.
Add the rest of your ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously until the drink is cold.
Strain into a spicy sugar/salt rimmed glass and garnish with plum slices! Enjoy!
